HJF provides scientific, technical, and programmatic support services to MHRP. The Senior SI Advisor will apply analytic abilities, project management skills, and content knowledge to ensure high-quality ongoing technical support for implementing mechanisms (IMs), by monitoring work plan implementation and achievement of programmatic targets and activities.
