The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing military medicine. We serve military, medical, academic and government clients by administering, managing and supporting preeminent scientific programs that benefit members of the armed forces and civilians alike. Since its founding in 1983, HJF has served as a vital link between the military medical community and its federal and private partners. HJF is seeking a motivated SharePoint Developer I to join the Center for Global Health Engagement (CGHE) and assist in the management and development of SharePoint solutions in both SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint 2019 in on-site environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SharePoint development, with a focus on utilizing Script Editor Web Parts, Content Editor Web Parts, and SharePoint Designer to customize and enhance SharePoint sites. The proposed SharePoint Developer will work on the design, development, testing, implementation, operations, and maintenance support of specific sites, tools, workflows, databases, libraries, etc. to support process automation, efficiency improvement, and other knowledge management efforts.
This position will be in support of the CGHE with the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), which works to lead, integrate and synchronize the University’s contributions to Department of Defense (DoD) global health engagement (GHE) and national security objectives by providing a hub for GHE thought leadership and knowledge, strategic communications and outreach, operational support, research, and capability integration of education, training and planning. HJF provides direct scientific, technical and programmatic support services to CGHE.
